2587916 - Outbound campaign call recording not showing in Online Monitoring tool for some calls even when the user has all rights


  • While using the same Online Monitoring user, occasionally the recording for Outbound Campaign calls is not available if the call is not connected with the customer
  • User has been confirmed to have the correct rights to listen to all recordings
  • In the OLM the "listen" button is not available as seen in the below dummy example:
