The Sales Order column in Tickets view shows the Sales Order Description and not the ID.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- The sales Order column does not display the Sales Order ID.
Currently the Sales Order in Tickets displays only the Sales Order Description. In case the Sales order do not have any Description information, the Sales Order column in Tickets view will be empty.
This is the expected system behavior.
If you need the Sales Order ID available in the Tickets view urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center. Note: The services of the SAP Cloud Service Center will be charged as packaged services based on fixed prices.
