As of b1711 release Planners can now view employee details such as compensation history, performance rating history, or bonus history as a hover on Compensation worksheets and Executive Review forms using custom view links.

To make this new feature available in your template, go to the Design Worksheet page and from Which type of fields would you like to configure: dropdown, choose Custom Views.
- Click Add Custom Views to define a new view, or click an existing custom view under Configuring Custom Views to update.
- In the Custom View Name, enter a label for the custom view.
- From the Section dropdown, choose the portlet or block name for the custom viewpoint you'd want to appear in the worksheets.
Note that only the portlets configured in the Employee Profile and blocks configured in People Profile 3 will be displayed in the Section dropdown.
4. In the Specify the labels for other languages, you can localize the custom view labels in different languages.
5. Save your changes.
In the worksheet or in Executive Review you’ll see the created Custom View.
Upon clicking the link you’ll be redirected to another page where the portlet will be displayed with its data.
