We have the following issue, that all roles in the system that have access to Take Action, have the permission of Manage Leave of Absence.
But we do not need this functionality. We found the SAP note “2373080 - Hide Manage Leave Of Absence”, this note indicates that the solution is to uncheck the permission of (leave of absence), but we detected that the permission is unchecked and is not used for any role in our instance.
We need to hide the option of “Manage Leave of Absence”.
Manage Leave of Absence appears even if the feature is disabled.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to any employee's Employment Information -> Take Action
You can see "Manage Leave of Absence" Available for selection.
Click on "Manage Leave of Absence" an application error pops up.
Go to Admin Center-> Manage Employee Central Settings tool -> you can see that only Time off feature is enabled it means Time-off and Leave of absence features are merged.
Both features are available based on the EmployeeTime Object.
But the Manage Leave of Absence HRIS Action still appears.
Remove the below two HRIS Actions from succession data model XML in case you have access to provisioning:
