Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Account view.
  3. Open any Account.
  4. Select Adapt--->Edit Master Layout.
  5. Hover over the extension field ABC (ABC represents the extension field ID).
  6. Select Add Properties icon.
  7. Select field definition.
  8. Navigate to the Extension scenario tab.
  9. No Account to Contact extension scenario available.


This extension scenario is currently not supported in Cloud for Customer.


Our development team plan to include this feature in a future release but as of now there is not set date for when this feature will be available.
