2578480 - LMS administrator is missing item types "Online Only" and "Schedule and Online" when creating a new item


When the admin tried to create a new item the options "Online Only" and "Schedule and Online" for item types are missing.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning > Items;
  2. Click on add.


Identify the admin role:

  1. Go to System Admin > Admin Management;
  2. Search for the admin that is missing the item types;
  3. Edit;
  4. Go to the Assigned Roles tab and copy the role.

Include the workflow:

  1. Go to System Admin > Role Management;
  2. Search for the role you have copied from the previous steps;
  3. Edit;
  4. Go to the Workflows tab;
  5. Click on the option add one or more from the list;
  6. Expand Learning Management;
  7. Search for "Edit Online Settings" and select the checkbox for this workflow;
  8. Click on add.
