2578448 - Spreadsheet Report Scheduled Job Sends Corrupted file to SFTP but is OK when downloaded from BizX

• Spreadsheet report file sent to SFTP via Provisioning Scheduled Job cannot be opened (problem with content or corrupt),  but the same export generated from within BizX Scheduled Reports opens successfully
• When you try downloading the file from SFTP and renaming it from .xls to .zip, you are able to open the file and extract the xls file inside the zip file.

The option ''Unzip export file if it is zipped'' is switched off in the scheduled job configuration.

In this case, the output file is a zip file, but the SFTP will honor the file name with the extension provided in the job configuration, which is .xls.

You can either do the following:

• Rename the files to .zip in the scheduled job configuration in Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs so that you get a .zip file in FTP
• Or check/enable the  "Unzip export file if it is zipped" in the job configuration, which appears below the Report Name field.
