The curricula was correctly assigned to the user, it is possible to see it from the LMS admin side, but the user cannot see it in the Learning Plan.
Learning Management System
Review the user role assigned to the user. It may be missing the "Access Curriculum Status" workflow.
In the LMS admin side, click on:
1. System Admin >
2. Security >
3. Role Management >
4. search for the user role >
5. Workflows >
6. check if the "Access Curriculum Status" workflow is under the "Learning" section >
7. if not, click on "add one or more from list" to add it.
