2577681 - Maintaining Multiple Domains for E-mail Campaigns


You would like to have more than one e-mail domain and want all of them to be used while sending E-mail Campaigns out.


SAP Cloud for Customer


  1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
  2. Select the relevant Implementation Project
  3. Click Open Activity List.
  4. Search for the E-mail and Fax Settings and open.
  5. Look for activation of mass e-mail.
  6. The sub-domains you want to use are not maintained.
  7. Please maintain the number of sub-domains.

    Then follow the steps to activate the mass-email.

Once the activation of the mass-email is done correctly and you are able to send the mails out of the system, the sender domain can be maintained in the "From Address" of the email template created through the Content view in the Sales Campaigns work centre.

When this template is used in a campaign to send out emails, the domain in the field "From Address" will be used as sender address.
In such a manner, an administrator can create two different email templates with different entries for the "From Address" and use them in various different campaigns to send out emails with different sender domains.
