2575849 - Mandatory fields not validated while creating incident using Guided Procedure - Solution Manager


  • You are using guided procedure framework to create new incidents. Each step of this guided procedure has mandatory fields to fill but if the user only fills the fields of the first step and directly navigates to the last one (without using the next button) and confirms. Then the mandatory field of the other steps are ignored.
  • Creating Incident using Guided Procedue. If there are mandatory steps in Step 1, they can be skipped and Incident can be created.
