2575650 - Customer Approval


On occassion Customer Approval may be required by Support in order to proceed with investigation into an incident.

Any approval which is received by Support will be documentated in the incident.

Customer approval should be in an email format and note the below:

  • Clearly mention the approver's position within the company.
  • Identify the action required by SAP.
  • Provide approver's email and phone number.
  • The email must contain the company's signature.
