You are trying to set restricted access to some work center views within the Administrator work center, such as only Read access or limited Write access, but the configuration is not working as intended.

Reproducing the Issue
We will use the Service and Social work centre view as example.
You have already set Write restrictions on Service and Social work center view.
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Select the Service and Social view.
- Click the Ticket Routing Rules hyperlink.
- Try to make some changes.
You see that you can still edit the rules, even though there are Write restrictions set up.
Currently, restricting access to work center views in the Administrator work center is not possible. It's expected that access rights to the Administrator work center and its views are only provided to administrator user, which would require unrestricted access to these functionalities to execute their role.
This is the standard system behavior.
