Customers are unable to launch PM forms for a particular template.They are getting the document creation notification that the forms are getting created but couldn't find those forms in the system.
Reproducing the Issue
-Launch the PM forms via Admin Centre
-Document creation notifications are being received.
-PM forms are not available in the inbox
PM forms are getting created for other templates but not for a specific template.This indicates that there are invalid configuration in the affected template due to which system couldn't launch the PM forms.Below could be the reasons:
-Inactive Rating scale or route linked to the PM form template.
-Section weght values are missing from the PM Template.For eg:
-Linked the active rating scale and routemap to the PM form template
-Add the section weight as 0.0 (or as per your requirements) and proceed with launch.
