You want to use the Resource Scheduler, but no Service Technicians are displayed in the Calendar or Service Technicians are missing from the list.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Resource Scheduler work center.
Select the Resource Scheduler view.
Change the filter to show All Demands.
No Service Technicians are shown in the Calendar view of the Resource Scheduler or Service Technicians are missing from the list.
This is the expected system behaviour, if the working hours for the Service Technicians are not maintained.
To maintain the working hours for the Service Technicians, please follow these steps:
Go to the People work center.
Select the Employees view.
Open Employee ABC (ABC represents the Employee ID).
Select the Working Hours facet.
Select the Add Row button.
Maintain the working hours.
Select the save button.
