Date field showing 01/01/0001 after changing language in Analytics > Admin

Reproducing the Issue
Login to the instance with English language
Open an ORD or Canvas report
- Check that Date fields are correct
- Click on Admin at top right
- Change the Analytics Language to Spanish or French or German
- Check the same report
- See that some dates are showing as 01/01/0001
Changing the language in WFA Admin makes the languages out of sync, so BizX differs from WFA, and the interpretation of date formats will be incorrect.
Need to change language properly in BizX and then login to WFA again.
