- In a standalone Solution Management System you are using notification framework
- you notice that the relevant BDOCs of type BUS_TRANS_MSG remain in intermediate status E02 (yellow).
- As long as the bdocs are not processed the queue table CRMD_NF_QUEUE is not updated and as a consequence
the mails are not sent.
