2558611 - Home Page Tiles- Error Message "The specified call count is not a number..."


When login systems using Google Chrome, error message "The specified call count is not a number. Please contact System Administrator or try again later" displays on Home Page tiles.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Login System 
  3. See error messages on every Home Page tile
  4. No issue when login using IE browser.


This is possibly caused by the Extensions on Google Chrome.


 Disable all Extensions on Google Chrome. Clear the browser and try again.

  1. Open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Click More More.
  3. Go to More tools and then Extensions.
  4. Next to the extension you want to remove, uncheck Enabled.

If you want to identify which extension is causing the issue and keep using others, please enable the extensions one by one and see if the issue reoccurs.
