2557680 - INTERNAL ERROR #6027 SQM: Some internal consistency check failed. - SRS with HADR

Symptom

  • SRS reports the following warning messages:
     
    WARNING #6047 SQM(935:0 ASE.DB) - /generic/sqm/sqmsp.c(1077)
    SQM_ADD_SEGMENT ('935:0'): Going to wait for a segment to be freed. Administrative action is needed.
     
  • SRS SQM thread reports INTERNAL ERROR #6027 with a stack trace:
