1. In employee directory even though the filters have been applied by clicking on more options under directory, it still generates full list of results.

 2. It seems that the filter search is not taken into consideration.

1. In the old employee directory (prior to 2016 Q1 release) returned values which are exact to the search criteria.

For example if you were to search for an employee with the name Jane Doe, only the employees with the name Jane Doe would return.

2. In the new (after 2016 Q1 release), employee directory returns OR values based on the search criteria.

For example if you were to search for an employee name Jane Doe, the results would include anyone with first name Jane and anyone with last name Doe.

3.This functionality is very different from the functionality which was used by the old employee directory.
