Relabel performance review tab displayed under take action option in employee profile

Need to relabel the performance review tab which is displayed while clicking on the take action tab in profile.

1. The performance review tab can be relabeled using the text replacement option.

 2. The particular text under take action the word "review" is by default displayed so if you need to display as "T Review" then under text replacement you only need to update  "T".

 So for example if your requirement is to display as  "Performance Review" then under text replacement you only need to update "Performance"
