Route maps not appearing in instance sync tool.
- Route maps are appearing fine in "Route Map List".

Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Manage route maps
- Check to see if your route map is appearing fine
- Go to instance sync
- Create sync to sync "Workflows"
- Your new route maps are not appearing in the results section
Resolution
-
Engineering have found an issue with the date ranges as it is not including newly modified route maps
- This issue will be fixed in version release 1802, Please see KBA 2521176 for release dates
**Workaround**
- Go to search criteria and edit the date "after" & "before", Please see screenshot below for an example
- Then select search
- This results will then show you your newly modified route maps
