The following error message may interrupt either solution deployment, or it may be displayed while logging into SDK:
"Solution XYZ not up-to-date. Update to Version 123"
(Where XYZ refers to Y-namespace of the solution and 123 refers to the patch version)

Reproducing the Issue
You have attempted to deploy solution on specific tenant, however the action was interrupted by the following warning message:
This message may also appear when you are logging into SDK on a specific tenant.
The warning message is displayed due to cross client dependency and system architecture. When you log into the studio on specific tenant, system "checks" if the same solutions which are deployed on this tenant, are also deployed on other tenants. It also checks in which version they are. If any of them are deployed in higher version it displays previously mentioned warning. The purpose of this warning pop up is to help partners proactively avoid solution mismatch across tenants.

In this case if you have attempted to deploy lower version of solution, where this solution has been deployed in higher version on some other tenant already, deployment will not be allowed.
You need to deploy the higher version of the solution on tenant, where you face this error message. This way this add-on will be now distributed across tenants in same versions.
