When trying to start the SCC from the desktop with the shortcut, it gives the error "Could not open service manager". When trying to start the service from the Windows administrative tools, it never starts.
You can see entries similar to the following in the "ljs_trace.log":
- "stopping cloud connector since port [port] is used by another process with PID = [PID]"
- "ERROR: stopping cloud connector since port [port] is used by another process with PID = [PID]"

- Microsoft Windows
