2549408 - Remove item from Assigned Items feature

Symptom

  • It is desired to remove the assigned item from the user
  • Item is part of a program or a curricula and assigned user item twice, and needs to be removed from Learning Plan even though user completed the item as shown in Learning History. 

Environment

SAP SucceessFactors Learning Management System

Resolution

In the Learning Administration homepage, proceed with the steps below:

  1. Expand the drop-down menu for People > Users
  2. Search for the user that needs the item remove 
  3. Select the Assigned Items tab
  4. Select the 3 dots within the row that the item that needs to be removed for this user and click Remove
