While record learning external event as a user we are unable to attach document when e-signature is enabled.

Reproducing the Issue
Login to LMS as Admin.
Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Global Variables
Check "Enable electronic signatures and Enable electronic signatures for an external event" under Electronic Signature Settings.
Now login to LMS as Learner/User
- Click Record Event
- Select External
- Enter External Event Description > Next till step finish
- click finish
- It navigates to e-signature page. However, there is no option to attached a document.
- If electronic signatures for the external event is disabled. after finish step, it has an option to attach an external document.
This is expected behaviour
This is expected behavior, adding attachments is not supported when recording completion for internal or external event that requires e-signature.
We are working on an enhancement on this and current plan is to add it in future releases where it will allow users to attach documents to internal or external event that requires e-signature.
