2547638 - Error occurred while fetching reports - Report Center

While accessing the Report Center an error "Error occurred while fetching reports!" is displayed.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Report Center

1. Go to Reporting on the dropdown;
2. Error is noticed.

Please run the Sync Report Center Search -> KBA 2353719 - Reports Missing in Report Center

In case it does not work, and Report Center is still under the 30days period for Undo in Upgrade Center, try the following steps:

1. Go to Upgrade Center
2. Click on View Recently Completed Upgrades
3. Search for Report Center
4. Click on Undo
5. Log out, wait for few minutes, clear the cache and log in SuccessFactors
6. Go to Upgrade Center > Enable the Report Center upgrade again (this will upgrade the instance with the proper configuration)
7. Logout from application and clear your cache
8. Wait for few minutes and Open the Report Center page and check if the reports are listing in report listing page without any error
