The Company Org Chart is not being updated. There is a discrepancy on Company Org Chart, compared with the information on User Directory File or Manage Users configuration page.

Reproducing the Issue
An UDF (User Directory File) is uploaded in the FTP server and the Employee Import is executed, or the Manager field is updated via Manage Users configuration page on Admin Center.
However, the hierarchy on Company Org Chart is not reflecting the information contained in the file or changed on Admin Center.
This inconsistency may be caused because the LnR job failed to synchronize the employee information.
To correct this discrepancy, it is necessary to do an Employee Import through Admin Center, with the UDF containing only the affected user. This way the LnR job will be triggered and will successfully update the Company Org Chart.
