Is it possible to consult the iContent server availability in the new Cloud Availability Center?
Currently it's not possible to check the iContent server availability in the new Cloud Availability Center or any other place. However, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles.
If you experience an outage and users are not able to open any course, please report it to the Cloud Support.
