You changed the Account's country (e.g. from Czech Republic to Germany) and noticed the country code prefix from Phone field did not change, remaining the same country code from Czech Republic.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customer WoC and Accounts view;
- Create an Account (e.g from Czech Republic);
- Then Edit the Country of the created Account to another Country (e.g Germany);
- You will see that the country code number remains the same of the first Country (e.g Czech Republic);
The above scenario occurs because the system cannot distinguish anymore if the Country Code Prefix was added by the system defaulting or if the user added it manually.
This is the expected system behavior.
