The Employee Referral email contains two company logos, even though the customer only manually inserted one logo image into their email template.

The email system automatically inserts / embeds the saved company logo into the email, even though this is not apparent in the template (there is no [[LOGO]] token in the template).

Do not manually insert a company logo into the email template as the system inserts / embeds one automatically when the email is being generated and mailed.
