2539326 - Price can not be changed at service level in TA ME21N/ME22N

• You create a a purchase order (PO) in transaction ME21N. Once you enter the price and currency at service level, you are not able to change it.
• You want to change the price  from the PO in transaction ME22N, but the price is not editable.
• This issue only happens in service items not in material items.
