2536083 - System Monitoring - TREX performance data missing/gray

In the System Monitoring application for a TREX system, the performance data of the TREX instances is missing:

In the SMDAgentApplication.log you find the following error for action SapStartSrv:

This is not exactly the action that collects the data for the monitoring application, but an action created via Introscope Host Adapter activity, which enables the data collection. Having this result for this action means that the performance data was not found.
