When creating a job requisition you can add competencies, which will be evaluated at the interviews. It is possible to define the weight of each competency although the interview result doesn't use these weights and only makes a simple average of the competencies' ratings.

Presently, the expected rating and weight columns do not have any function even though they cannot be disabled. Please refer to the section "Setting Up Interview Competencies" in the Recruiting Implementation Guide.
For example, I have added a weight and expected rating to competencies as shown below.
When the candidate is rated in interview central, an average rating is given that does not respect the expected ratings and weights.
