Old version of a revised Item cannot be found in the Catalog.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a new revision for an existing item.
- The old revision will automatically be deactivated. Go to that item record and activate it.
- Search for that item in the catalog. You will notice that only the new revision shows up.
It is a normal system behavior to show only the new item revision to ensure that only the most recent one is accessible for users.
If you would want to use the old item again, set the status of it to active then create a copy of it. Ensure that the item you are copying is active.
