We were not able to reproduce the reported issue. As a result, it will not be possible to find the root cause of the issue.
Please note, we need to reproduce errors on our side in order to be able to find a solution. Only this way we can find out what is happening on code level. An already existing or a randomly appearing error cannot be analysed.
Please let us know the exact/correct sequence of steps that lead to the reproduction of the reported issue. Please only send the incident back to Product Support if you were able to do so.
Alternatively, please confirm the incident.
