When you click on Reply under the Email Facet in a Ticket in the RUI, the loading time of the Editor is slow.
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into the RUI/Fiori client.
- Go to the Service Work Centre.
- Go to the Tickets View.
- Open Ticket XYZ (XYZ represents the ticket ID).
- Click on Reply.
- Observe the waiting time for the Editor to be show.
The system sends a POST request to the server to render the information in the editor.
The time it takes the editor to open depends on the amount of data in the ticket. The system renders this information to reply to the conversation.
The wait time depends on the amount of data that is sent in the POST request. This is coming from the Client side and not from SAP Server side.
This is expected system behaviour.
