While record learning as an user for External Event at the end it is showing Cost and Amount. However there is no place to enter cost and amount during record learning process.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login as user and under Home page Go To Links -> Record Learning -> select External Events:
- Enter all the required details and click Continue button
Note: Here we do not have an option to enter Cost amd Amount field:
3. In the next screen we could see Cost and Amount field, where we do not have any option to enter values for these fields.
4. Select Approvers and click submit button:
As per discussion with Product Management team this is an expected behavior.
Cost and amount for an external event record learning can be added/edited via Record Learning Events - Financial Tool on the admin side. From User side these fields for external events are non-editable and empty.
