The Business Card is configured in Command Center and is associated with four Profile Types: Standard, Mobile, ERM (Employee Marketing Referral), and Social. The On-Page Business Card allows Rx clients to create a seamless workflow for candidates from the RMK public site, through the SSO experience and into RCM.
The On-Page Business Card contains all of the same functionality of the existing Business card, but appears as a pop-up on the page the candidate applies from, rather than taking the candidate to a new page to complete the application process.
Recruiting Execution (RX) - Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing Integration
Configuring the On-Page Business Card requires Professional Services or Implementation Partner Teams Engagement.
- Navigate to Command Center -> Site Menu -> Site Setup -> Apply Settings: Check the "On-Page Business Card" checkbox. This readies the front-end markup for configuring the on-page business card. Simply checking this box does not ensure configuration of the on-page business card.
- The on-page business card can use an SSL certificate and/or a Candidate SSO configuration. When the OPBC is enabled without SSO, it is said to be running in "stand-alone mode". When OPBC is enabled and this box is checked, SSL will be automatically used on all pages across the entire site. When the OPBC is not enabled and this box is checked, SSL will automatically be used only on pages whose URLs contain "/talentcommunity".
- Configure the available fields for the on-page business card. The on-page business card uses the "Standard" business card profile type and is configured the same way. The on-page business card never shows the "Skip this step" option when SSO is enabled, regardless of the setting in the TC Setup profile. The on-page business card supports "Show Agents" but this configuration is not recommended.
