Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Surveys work centre.
- Select the Surveys view.
- Click New.
- Select the Design facet.
- Click Add, to add a new question.
- Select question type Amount, Numeric Value or Quantity.
- Enter a 0 (zero) into either or both fields: 'Default Value' and 'Lower Limit'.
- Click the OK button.
As soon as you click anywhere else, the zero value you entered vanishes. You see an information popup: "Enter a nonzero value".
This is a limitation in Surveys.
If the value required is 0 (zero), please leave the field blank. A blank field will be considered as value = 0 (zero).
