2504514 - Configured Label Changes in Job Requisition Template is Not Showing in the UI - Recruiting Management

Symptom

In the job requisition template, labels for fields such as ‘recruiterName’, ‘hiringManagerName’ and ‘jobLevel’ have been renamed and the changes have been translated into multiple languages. But when you upload the template or when you edit via Manage Template, the label changes are not reflected in the UI.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the Job Requisition XML template, change the 'jobLevel' field label value to 'Position' in English and 'Posizione' in Italian (see example below) or perform the same via Manage Templates.

  1. Log into the instance - Recruiting tab - click a job requisition: see that the job level field says 'Job Level', not 'Position'.
