Q1. Where can I download the latest release notes?

Q1. What is the difference between Credit Hours, Total Hours, Contact Hours, CPE Hours and Length?

Q2. How to set Account Codes Auto-populating for a Scheduled Offering?
A2. This article explains how an account code can be set up to auto populate the account codes for scheduled offerings. 2073408
Q3. If an item with retraining has a prerequisite, will the user have to take the prerequisite when the retraining kicks in?
A3. If an item that has retraining on it, as well as a prerequisite; the prerequisite will NOT be reassigned when the retraining kicks in. This is because the prerequisite will have already been met the first time the user took the item.
Q4. Why do some completed curricula not display a Completions Status or Completion Date under the user's Curricula tab?
A4. This happens when items for curriculum do not have an Effective Date set. An effective date is required for the Curricula to have a basis to check if the requirement has been completed successfully.

Q5. How do I push revised content to users that are assigned content via curricula?
A5. While revising the content you get an option to push it to the assigned user base. Please check detailed information in the KBA 2075363
Q6. When creating completion status, how can they be populated in the Status Drop down tab in the selector?
A6. This is accomplished by associating the created completion status with the particular item types. Please check detailed information in the KBA 2105068
Q7. When creating a Curriculum and assigning it, my students say they don't finish the items, yet it is marked completed?
A7. This can be because the Effective Date has not been established. Please check detailed information in the KBA 2105236
Q8. How to give a user another attempt at an exam when they have reached the maximum permitted tries?

Q9. How can a user be prevented from being enrolled in two Scheduled Offerings for the same item?

Q10. Is it possible to connect a catalog to a curricula through Curriculum Connectors?
A10. At the moment this is not an available field on the connector workbook to set it up on the curriculum connector, this is an enhancement request that will be taken in consideration by Product Management.
Q11.Can I hide the scheduled offering description / Item Details on the user side?
A11. Unfortunately, we cannot hide the details for the user side.
Q12. Can Item Comments be displayed on Users interface?
A12. No, Users can't view the item comments. It is only viewable by the admins.

Q1. If any Assignment Profiles are created during an Assignment Profile Synchronization suspension period, are tables queued to load after the sync is turned back on?
A1. No. The APMs within the system perform on the fly calculations at their scheduled times of execution rather than build up queues within tables in the background.

Q1. How do you use the Recommended Items in Learning Catalogs?

Q2. Is there a way to remove the order button on the catalog tab on the user/student interface?
A2. The order button indicates that the item is not established as an internal learning event and thus the order option button will appear for the prospective students.
To eliminate the order button appearing on the user side, when creating the item, you will need to associate a segment or specify an Online Completion Status to the item.
Q3. How can the news page be displayed after a User logs in?

Q4. Multiple currencies are being displayed in student/user catalog search results, How do we remove the other currency displays?
A4. Currency information being displayed in the catalog search results and pricing display can be turned off by making the currency ID "Inactive".

i) The training request has been reviewed by the Training Manager
