2490773 - Time Accounts not visible on Manage Time Off page


Existing employees time account does not show up on Time Accounts portlet of Manage Time Off page

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Manage Data then search for Time Account then go to the employee's time account to verify that the account exists for the employee.

2. Navigate to My Employee Files page of the employee then go to Manage Time Off page. In Time Off portlet, Account Details shows "There are no time accounts for this user"


Time Off for Leave of Absence setting is enabled along with Time Off feature which is not supported.

NOTE: Time Off for Leave of Absence MUST only be enabled when not using Time Off to manage your vacations, PTO, and other absences.



Disable Time Off for Leave of Absence from Admin Center > Manage Employee Central Settings if feature is enabled.

If this is not enabled, grant permission for the option in role-based permissions. (See KBA 2273973)
