2489106 - Master data and transaction data are not restored by UJBR - EPM NW

Symptom

When restoring an environment in UJBR, the metadata are restored successfully while the master data and transaction data are not.

  • In SM37, it is observed the job hangs in the following step: Data Target /CPMB/XXXXXXX switched to 'Interactive Planning'.
  • In SLG1, an error is raised saying 'Maintenance of user XXXX locked by user <BPC service user> (e.g. BPC_SERVICE)'.
  • In SM12, there are lock entries which indicate the same information as in SLG1.

If you try to delete the lock entries in SM12, you will find them appearing again in several seconds.
