Sender email address in the sales order is not changed after updating sales unit email address under Organizational Management.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales Orders work center.
- Go to Sales Orders view.
- Open sales order XYZ. (XYZ represents Sales Order ID)
- Click on You Can Also -> Edit Output Settings.
System is not showing the updated email address you maintained in the sales unit in organizational management.
The email address maintianed in the Output Selection rules is wrong.
- Go to Application and User Management work center.
- Go to Output Channel Selection.
- Show Rule For Sales Order.
- For output channel Email, you maintianed wrong sender email address.
- Edit the rule and change the email address to the new one.
- Click on Save and Close.
