On creating a business rule, no values are being displayed for a picklist field.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Create a Business Rule with Job Information as the base object.
2. On trying to set the value for the picklist field 'Employee Group', no values are being displayed.
This is because, translations are not maintaied for the picklist
1. Admin Center -> Picklist Management
2. Download the picklist.
3. For the picklist attached to the field 'Employee Group' field, make sure the translations are also entered.
