2478860 - Fields Not Visible in Candidate History After Applicant Change - Recruiting Management

Symptom

The candidate history does not show all changed fields.

Reproducing the Issue

A candidate is moved to another status. In the candidate view, when clicking on 'Take Action' -> 'History', some fields are not listed in the Candidate History.

Cause

The candidate history is affected by the permissions settings.

Resolution

Check the field-permissions in the Application XML (Job Requitision XML, if multi-stage application is enabled). If a specific user role has no read/write permission for a specific field in a specific applicant status, then the user/role will not see the field in the candidate history.

In this example, the field Badge ID field is visible to the viewing hiring manager in the candidate history...

...because hiring managers have read permissions for that field and status "Unsuccessful".
