Symptom

The entries in SMQ2 get SYSFAIL status, the error message is Time limit exceeded.
At the same time, the following dump gets created in ST22 with keywords: 
"TIME_OUT"
"CL_XMS_PERSIST================CP" or "CL_XMS_PERSIST================CM03E"
"READ_MSG_MASTER_VIA_TID_PUB"
