While configuring the Learning Expiration Notification (System Admin > Automatic Processes > Learning Expiration), you desire a functionality where a escalation on the notification could be configured.
Example: a user receives the first Reminder Notification and after some days (threshold), the supervisor starts to receive this Reminder Notification too, as the user still have to complete the course.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to System Admin > Automatic Processes > Learning Expiration
- Notice that there are two options to notify Recipients: User and Supervisor
- No option is available for Notification escalation
LMS does not have a functionality that can escalate the notifications after a period of time (threshold). LMS have the option to notify users and supervisors about a learning expiration and overdue, however the option is to notify both or only one of the recipients (user or supervisor).
