After a instance refresh, the environment is not able to fully populate when trying to access LMS from BizX. Instead either the LMS page loads blank, or with a 404 error. With tracing on, the 404 fails at https://perfromancemanger*.successfactors.com/sf/idp/SAML2/SSO/Redirect/company/(Companyname)?SAMLrequest=((encrypted link)).
The redirection settings have not been restored from prior to refresh. The reccomended step prior to refresh is to copy system administarion settings. These settings are located under the BizX settings in the system configruation of the LMS.
Correct the following settings and make sure they are pointing to the right location.
- <SingleSignOnService Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-POST" Location=
- < SingleSignOnService Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect" Location=
- < SingleLogoutService Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-POST" Location=
If these settings failed to be saved prior to the refresh, DevOps will need to be engaged to reconfigure.
