How to tell what User added a learning to the Student's Learning Plan in the User Learning Plan Audit Report (CSV) report and other Audit Reports

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Reproducing the Issue

  • In the LMS audit reports and history tables there is an ADD_USER column with a letter value
  • What do these letters indicate?

Resolution

For ADD_USER, the values can be:

  • P - Self Assigned
  • A - Admin Assigned
  • I - Instructor Assigned
  • S - Supervisor Assigned

 The ADD_USERNAME field will also include the User that added the Learning Item
